After the revamp of Misty Mountains I'm finding that the quest chain for Helegrod has been broken. Once Elrond sends you to Gloin's camp he will no longer bestow In Sight of the Bitter Stair, you must speak to the version of Gloin outside of Goblin Town but there is no indication of this at all, you just reach a seeming dead end. Now I've reach a point where I had to go to the gate of Helegrod and once again I'm at a seeming dead end, no new quests have been bestowed. Going back to earlier NPCs I see they still give the raid quests inside of the instances but again there is no indication at all to return to them. Someone doing this for the first time would never even have much of a reason to go back to some of them.
