I'm doing BoD at the moment, being sad about not getting access to those Battle instances cause they are not unlocked on my server, and hardly ever will.
The counter of Battle of Lorien reached 121/600 and then resetted.
Same in Angmar, never seen the second battle.
Why is Turbine not removing those unlock requirements? I do not understand that.
