I'm working on quest deeds in the Great River but am having problems getting many of the quests. Even though I have not done any quests in Thinglad or Eorlsmead except for the Epic quests, no quest rings are showing up for me anywhere. I did get the quest from one of the Stangard gate guards to go to the Wailing Hills for quests. I've done 17 of the 20 quests in the Wailing Hills but am not able to get the last 3. I read on LOTRO wiki that Penda (at Frithstan's Camp) is supposed to give me a quest to go speak to Landroval who is then supposed to give me more quests. But Penda is not giving me that quest. I have finished all quests in the Brown Lands and Limlight Gorge. I don't know yet whether I'll be able to get quests in Parth Celebrant.
Another strange thing, the other day I was riding around Stangard and quest rings kept appearing and disappearing in my radar inside different houses. I would go in the houses but there would be no quests there.
I am level 84 so I know I'm much higher than the level of the area but that shouldn't be a problem right? Has anyone else had these issues? Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
