Hello,
I have a problem... I can't start the third quest in this quest chain. Horn has grey ring above him and I can't talk to him to start next quest.
I don't have Riders of Rohan expansion nor Helm's Deep... I have only Premium account...Is this why I can't start this quest?

Epilogue Quests in Ringlo Vale broken?
I have had two out of three alts reach kindred rep with Ringlo Vale and not been able to obtain the Epilogue quest. Only one alt has done so. Has anyone else had this issue?

Wolf-Whistle
I really feel stupid asking this but I have played in a few years and I'm in Mirkwood with a certain quest that tells me to go to the wolf hill and use the wolf-whistle to summon the pack keeper. I don't have any quest item called wolf-whistle. I've tried the /use command but that doesnt seem to work. I know it's probably something simple but what exactly is this quest wanting me to do?

Can´t find the Lebennin quests
I started U15 a bit later than my friend and I was in a bit of a hurry cause I wanted to be on the right chapter of Epic before we did the new BB together.
This ment I went straight from Dor-en-Ernil to chapter 8 of Epic then picked up some quests in Pelalgir. After this I couldn´t find any more quests besides bounties and roving.
I then started central Gondor with my alt. After Dor-en-Ernil I went to the little village next to Linhir and picked up quests that took me further east, all with Lebennin rep.
Tried the village with my main, picked up the first quests and finished them, but there wasnt any follow-up that took me further to the east. Cant find any unfinished quest in the region or in my questlog, what am I missing?

Faction quests in DA broken?
I have been levelling up alts recently and now have 3 more L100s than a couple of weels ago
As a result, I have been working on the DA faction quests for slotted armour. Unfortunately, I have seen the exact same quests EVERY DAY from each faction for almost 3 weeks now. Not one of them has changed, on any character.
Is this something that is known to be broken/bugged or does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Cannot get warhorse...need help
I have gone to Langhold several times trying to get the "Defense" quests but all I get is Adnoth telling me, I need to help prepare the defense of the town and that I need to go Harwick to learn how to ride war horses. I did 3 quests in Langhold and suddenly there were no more quests offered.

found some on the outskirts tha take youto boats, but don eemt be the ight one.

Stuck on the broadacres quest line
Hello people!
I'm working on the Helm's Deep Epic quest line right now and I'm in need of reaching lvl 91 instead ocf 90. I went to the Broadacres (since I'm done with Eastfold and Kingstead) and it seems like I'm stuck. I just completed a quest called "Pilfered Goods" and I'm supposed to get a new one from Dudsig in Oserley. The only problem is that this doesn't show up. According to lotro-wiki there's a quest called "Hired Ruffians?" which is a landscape quest you're supposed to get while doing the just-mentioned quest. Apparently I've missed it and now I can't go to the place where it starts.
Anyone who could give me advice on what to do or help me solve the problem??

Sons of the Usurper
How do you beat this thing. Once Jajax starts the battle in the upper area, at one point (fairly early on) all sorts of dudes join the battle and and my morale goes down like a stone. Then I die and come back at the circle west of the burnt down village (in landscape). I found a thread about Bullroarer, where it states that you should re-spawn at the beginning of the instance, clearly that's not the case with me/ anymore.
Can I just stand back and let my three allies take care of business or how else do I get through this?
Any help is welcome.

Does anybody know why I can't start this quest with Gisil? I have done previous quests in the chain, but Gisil doesn't have any ring above his head.
I am level 83 now. I have an active epic quest Vol III, Book 9, Chapter 7: The Coming Tide.
Do I have to complete epic quest before I can do another in Sutcrofts?
Did anybody meet the same situation as me?

Strange level 100 "TBD" mobs in Angmar?
Just after the patch a player found a TBD Armour in Eastern Malenhad. He was level 100 and had 600k health. We killed it, and also i managed to solo it. Then another friend of mine found a TBD Nameless near Barad Gularan, TBD Nameless, he had +7 dread. We also found a TBD Rogmul in Himbar, i took a screenshot of it.
Has anyone else found something like these? What could these mobs be?
My server is Brandywine.

New Steed dropping from 6man Pelagir
After doing the new Pelargir 6man last night, one of my kin members opened his reward boxes and got a new steed. I think it was called "Faltharan's Steed" but am not completely sure since I forgot to write it down. Not sure since we did get silver on the 1 side quest, but I'm assuming it dropped from a platinum reward box. My guess is that this may be the surprise alluded to in the release notes. Unfortunately this is the only pic I took.

Help Soloing Re-Taking Pelagir
Hi there.
I don't know why this is happening to my hunter.
I successfully soloed this instance for the epic book quests on my RK and Beorning first time thru, but my hunter keeps dying!!!
It always happens right at the end, when we defend the terraced area with the two small catapults. No matter what I do, i get SWARMED by Corsairs and other miscellaneous bad guys and die in no time. The instance fails before I can get back there.
I have tried everything. My Beneath Notice does not work. I tried standing to the side and doing nothing to attract no aggro and still got swarmed. i tried using the catapults and got swarmed. I tried NOT using the catapults and just attacking mobs and got swarmed.
Any help or thoughts would be MOST appreciated!!!

"The Bard" Yule Fesitval Title
I have 8 toons that have done all the Frostbluff Theater quests, including the 7 deeds needed to get The Bard title (Tier 3 fruit & flowers, Extra, Protagonist, Villain, Star of the Show, and Laughingstock). However, 3 of my toons did not get The Bard title. Any idea of what went wrong?
I'm suspecting it may have something to do with the writs that end up in your inventory, but I'm not sure. If so, is there any way to tell which writs you've applied? The thought of spending festival tokens on writs I already have annoys me greatly.

Help Western Gondor Treasure cache. I can not seem to find one in The Havens of belfalas
HI all, I am working on completing the deed for Gondorian Truase Cache (western gondor). I am not able to get to the cache located at ?[76.5S, 62.9W]
I am using the list of caches on the wiki -> http://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Treasure_Seeker_of_West_Gondor
I have looked all around this area but not sure if there is a path I am missing to get to the above location.
Any help would be appreciated. I have looked in the river (under the waterfall), Tried the nothern side of the river overlooking the river, Also tried getting there from the south side of the river but still no luck.

Cannot reach Thingroth
I am doing the epic quest Hiding in the Dark, and I cannot reach the last cave, Thingroth. I reached the two others without any problems, but I cannot find the way to this one, and my character (39 Hobbit Minstrel) is constantly killed by elite trolls. I tried two times using Hobbit Stealth, but these elites can spot me even in stealth and attack me when I am lost and cannot find the correct way to go in order to reach the cave. I tried fighting these elites but they keep on killing me and I have no chance to find Thingroth. What should I do to finish the quest solo? Thank you for advice :)

Kêr Bras - The Fallen -- how do I lacquer the ground?
For the quest Kêr Bras - The Fallen, how do I lacquer the ground? I've tried killing regular oathbreakers and the banner carriers, thinking that there might be a difference. I've selected the corpse/body and clicked "u" to use it, tried right clicking it, nothing. I can select the body with [delete] but nothing happens. There's no lacquer near the NPC that I need to pick up, so far as I can see, and I'm not seeing any lacquer in my inventory. I am in the right area -- I can type ;loc and it tells me that I'm in Kêr Bras.

Empty Keg quest, why do people wait for the guard?
Someone else out there must know that when the guard in Frostbluff is standing there staring at the table of food and dirty dishes you can run behind him with the keg and not get spotted, right? I *constantly* see people standing there waiting for the guard to walk away but never once have I seen someone run behind him and complete the quest without waiting.
Another tip for that quest, click your run speed boost skill as soon as you're picking up the keg. It will activate the moment you pick the keg up, after it's already in your hands.
