I finished (72) Man on the Inside and met Swithulf. He starts the Quest: Proof of Treason asking me to search hard for evidence. As I search the tower I was able to complete (72) Fragments of the World-Map, (72) Sniffing Out a Rat-Dead Rat, (72) Finding the Range-Flag. BUT (72) Something Blue-Blue Fabric Scrap I cannot find. I checked on WIKI and there appears to be the following:
"Bestowal dialogue: This blue scrap of cloth strikes you as odd. It does not seem to belong to a Rohirrim, by the look of it. Perhaps there is more to find that would indicate its source."
I do not get the bestowal dialogue about the blue scrap. WIKI tells me where to look and I looked in those places but there are no "sparkles" indicating where I can find the blue cloth. Of course I cannot move on in this thread until I find the scraps.
I do not know whether I missed something and the dialogue was not triggered but I cannot seem to find a way to undo the completed quests in order to find out what I missed.
If anyone has suggestions I'd appreciate them. Thanks.
