So I might be confused as to the time line, but this is what I'm getting.
In the books, Frodo meets Gildor somewhere near Woodhall as he is fleeing the Shire. Now for some reason I was thinking when you get to Vol 1 Book 3 of the Epic where you invite everyone to the council, that Frodo would be somewhere in between the time in Bree and the time in Rivendell. Am I wrong? And if I'm not wrong how in the heck can Gildor be in the North Downs when he was passing through the Shire on the way to the Gray Havens? HELP!!!
