I skipped many Rohan quests as I was overleveled and looking forward to playing in Gondor. Now I'm trying to get the class trait point rewarding quest chains in the westemnet but I'm stuck at somewhere. I've finished [88] The Road to Dunharrow (Kingstead) successfully and earned 1 point. As I decided to move on to the next one [89] All Roads Lead Back to Aldburg (Eastfold) I can't start the quest chain with [89] Under the Watchful Eye. So I decided to check out Eastfold quest list and see what I'm missing. I've finished [88] Patrolling the Fenmarch and [88] Save the Lumber-yard but I don't have a quest ring in the fenmarch mead-hall and Guthláf in the lumber yard so I can't do the Into the Marsh quest.
