Today, my fellowship spent about 2 hours doing all four instances for Fornost, since I needed to get the Morgul hilts.
We successfully completed all of them, the loot was great, we're all a lot richer, etc. Buuuuut only one of the bosses/ wraiths actually provided me with a hilt. All the deaths showed up in my overhead, like "completed: defeat so- and- so", and I was an active participant in all four battles. I don't get why only one would give me a hilt, though.
I hate to think I wasted all that time (and others' who I led on the fellowship), to not even get what I came there for, ya know? Any ideas as to why this is? What did I do wrong?
Side- note: the second instance, Earth, glitched so that we all had to leave, disband, and come back (a door didn't open when it was supposed to the first time). Maybe this screwed it up? *Shrug*.
