After taking a break of 2 months or so from the game, I am having difficulty picking up the Epic Quest Line for Rohan on Volume 3 Book 8 Chapter 1: War-Steeds from the Wold. As per my memory and my quest log, I had finished 'An Unnerving Display of Confidence' - delivered the letter to the Thane, talked to his wife, and talked to the Thane again to complete that quest. I have not yet completed 'The River Watch Patrol'. But I can't seem to pick up that quest from the Thane or anyone else, and if I go to the Watchtowers nothing happens, I can't find anyone else in Langhold to bestow a quest to me, nothing in Harwick, nothing in Eastmund's Lair. I am stumped at what to do and any help would be much appreciated!
