I went through all the Edoras quests. (At least, I'm pretty sure I did. I looked at the quest list on lotro-wiki.com. Looks like I did them all, but I have not made a careful line-by-line comparison with my quest log.)
Most of those quests say they will not be available after the evacuation. But how do I know if the evacuation has happened? I completed the "In Need of Cheering Up" instance (at the end of which, I ride out with Eowyn to slay some mounted orcs and a troll). I then expected to see an evacuation animation, or at least find the city deserted and Medhuselda palace locked up. Did I miss something? Or is that how it's supposed to be? Do I need to complete vol.III bk.12 Ch. "Message for Harrowdale" (talking with Ellen Fremedon in Underharrow) first?
My question isn't about what Edoras quests should be available (as I mentioned, I believe I did them all), but whether Edoras changes after the evacuation and, if so, should I have seen the change already?
