Loved And Lost Deed Broken

I bugged this in game after sending a Ticket (which they said was not a known issue, so they could not help, but to please bug)

I wanted to get the "seeker of sorrow" title on Landroval.. I have done this on another server, so I knew you had to finish the quest "Funeral In Forlaw" then go back to the graveyard and click the graves.. the deed never opened or is not in my deed log at all..

Any one else notice this is bugged.. it's been awhile since I did it on Meneldor (right after Wildmore was released) so I don't know when this broke...
