I'm currently on the 4th chapter of the first Epic Book which starts in the Trollshaws. One of the quests sends me to search for the 9th Black Rider. I find his dead horse near some elite Trolls, but there are also what look like two level-75 Nazguls roaming around the troll.
Obviously, I didn't engage those mobs but I am curious as to why they were there.
