Level 63 Minstrel on Vilya. I have completed the first part of this Moria class quest by defeating Shîk and getting the instrument. The elf sent me to a hobbit in Bree at the fountain in front of the prancing pony for the next part of the quest chain. This hobbit, Erling Goodbody, has a blue (in process) ring over his head and I am unable to use the sheet music to finish the quest anywhere near him. It's driving me NUTS. Is anyone else having this issue or should I submit a bug report?
