First of all; I apologize if I'm wasting your time on a noobie question. I'm new to this game, and I'd not be surprised if this is a matter I should have easily managaged to figure out for myself.
As the title says I'm on the questline, and after finishing the Tom Bombadil quest (why didnt he make it to the movie?), I'm sent to talk to Strider. Instead I meet Gandalf, but he doesnt let me finish the quest. Instead he ports me to Rivendell to see Elrond. Elrond tells me to go se Glorfindell, Legolas, Boromir and finally Aragorn. Aragorn refuses to talk to me (his ring is silver/grey), and Boromir tells me to go do an instance I can't even get to (as far as I can see atleast).
I still have the quest to go see Strider in my log, but now both him and Gandalv have packed up and left The Prancing Pony (they probably upgraded to The Ritz), and I'm left with the quest, but noone to hand it in to. The blue questy-type ring in the prancing pony is visible when I'm outside, but disappears when I enter. Are they hiding somewhere inside?
