In Forlaw, there is a quest called A Time To Be Alone give by Cyneberg. I need to burn the Orc bodies. When I go to the area there are no bodies just glowing areas that I can not interact with. I think its because I need a torch, but where do I get it? I looked in Cyneberg's house, saw nothing there yet the quest shows a torch icon which I did not receive from the NPC.
