So I've just rolled a Rune-Keeper, and I'm struggling to find quest content for these levels. I've tried both The Misty Mountains and the Ram Duath area of Angmar, but I've run out of quest content at level 39. I'd hate to have to do skirmishes or farm monsters until I can do Forochel/Eregion.
I honestly cannot remember what area I quested in for these levels on my other characters, so any help would be appreciated.
