Cousin Brogur appears to be missing from Walls of Moria (Vol II, Book 1, Chapt 6) quest on the Gladden server. Even though he appears on both maps and I've completed the quests thru Chapter 5, when my level 48 Lore-Master goes to 50.3S, 5.6W he's not standing with the carts on the side of the road. Anyone have any ideas?
