Okay so I do this quest, and have been doing it for about a month now. Have parts of Hytbold built. However now it seems to have stopped letting me build areas? Am I supposed to go to other cities or can I just get the quests from Snowbourne? I have now got almost 100 points towards rebuilding, I see that guy that give out the quest and has those items for sale for your house, yet I cannot buy anything, nor can I seem to get any quests from the guy next to him? I am assuming I need to go to the other cities and do quests there, is this correct?
