According to wiki this deed gives Zeal +1 and I guess it's one of those new deeds, added with Moria revamp? But how can I start it? I've visited one of it's locations - Mudmul-charaf - and completed all the quests, that popped up for me there, but the deed didn't appear in my deed log. Someone told me I should speak first with the dwarf, that sits at the table in 21st (Mogri or something like that), but he gave me nothing, he didn't have any quest ring above his head. Do I have to complete some other quest first, before I'll be able to start this deed?
